For business or leisure you will appreciate the centralised location of the Best Western Premier Hotel Pergolèse. The hotel is located between Port Maillot (Palais des Congrès), a five-minute walk, and the Champs Elysées (a seven-minute walk), in an area well served by public transportation. Both international airports are within easy reach by Air France buses, which leave every 12 minutes from Port Maillot.

The elegant and warm interior of the Hotel signed by Rena Dumas, architect designer for Hermes’s boutiques worldwide, is where colours, forms, and originality combine to create a perfect harmony. Numerous fine details play a part in the refinement of this intimate, designer hotel. Rounding out the relaxed atmosphere of the Best Western Premier Pergolèse are original paints and carpets by Hilton McConnico and breakfast tables by Philippe Stark.

The 40 rooms are all equipped with wireless and modem plug, air conditioning, mini-bar, satellite TV, direct phone and voice mail, hair dryer, tea and coffee making facilities, safe deposit box, bathrobe.

Reviews of Hotel Pergolese

Jamie Dunford Wood
This off-the-beaten track hotel near the Arc de Triomphe and just beyond the Champs Elysees was the first design hotel in Paris, opened in 1991. Though overtaken in the fashion stakes by recent entrants, it still boasts its original Starck tables (from before Starck became a cliche), with Hilton McConnico paintings and carpets.

The 40 rooms boast modern art-deco style furnishings, under the direction of the Hermes designer - what we might label bright Ikea style - pale wood, pale grey carpeting, bucket chairs and original photographic prints on the walls. In the early 90's Ikea was not yet a household name, and design meant bright and functional.

Bathrooms look a bit dated now, old-fashioned with a designer makeover (stainless steel bowls etc) - but they are large in the superior rooms. The 'Pergolese' room has a glass diving wall to the bathroom, and is much requested by honeymooners. There is wifi throughout. All in all, a good value hotel for those who can't or don't want to afford the rates of trendier places.
