In a superb location facing l'arc de Triomphe and just 5 minutes from the Champs-Elysees, the Splendid Etoile Hotel is a traditional 3 star hotel with friendly, helpful staff who speak fluent english. Although not cheap, it offers good value. The steaks in the restaurant Le Pre Carre are excellent. Recommended.
